We have majorly upgraded Concordia's Paint program. It can do a lot more things than it's predecessor could. It is now equal to Galactica's Paint program. We have given the Picture Viewer a GUI upgraded to make it more user friendly

Similar to Galactica, We have included a dedicated TTS system into Concordia S. With this system you can now load documents to read out or simpy enter what you want said into the text box
THE MENU
We have completely redesigned Concordia's menu with a simple, yet gorgeous interface. Thanks to Crystalview Technology, Concordia no longer suffers bad quality
